BRANDON NOBLES
In Memorium
Attorney Brandon Nobles practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury law. He focused his practice helping South Carolina accident victims who have been injured in car and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and serious falls. Brandon had substantial experience in negotiating and litigating insurance disputes, such as fire claims and bad faith.
Born a native of Aynor, SC, Brandon obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance from Coastal Carolina University. He graduated with honors from Charlotte School of Law in 2012. A winner of multiple CALI Awards, Brandon was an active participant on the trial team, a passion that has carried over into his legal practice. Brandon spent the first 10 years of his career handling personal injury and general civil litigation matters with The Law Offices of Craig Wilkerson.
Brandon lived in Fort Mill with his wife Jade and their dogs. Jade is a 4th grade teacher in Indian Land. In his spare time, Brandon enjoyed being on the water, hiking, playing a terrible round of golf and Gamecock football.
In 2021, Brandon and James made the decision to partner together in law. Brandon wasn’t just a skilled lawyer—he was hard working, funny, and loyal. Brandon never did anything halfway. He worked tirelessly, he fought hard, and he poured himself fully into helping his clients.
But that same year, in October 2021, Brandon was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Most people would have been crushed under the weight of that news. But Brandon—true to who he was—just worked harder. Even as ALS began to steal his ability to walk, to talk, and even to type, it never stole his spirit. It never took away his smile, his laugh, or the light he carried with him into every room.
Brandon continued to serve his clients with determination and dignity, even while fighting a battle that most of us can hardly imagine. He showed us all what true courage looks like—not the absence of hardship, but the will to keep moving forward in the face of it. He worked so diligently because he had an insatiable desire to help others, to protect his clients, and above all, to provide for his family, whom he loved more than anything.
Brandon lost his battle with ALS in October 2025. His legacy is not only in the cases he won or the clients he served, but in the way he lived his life—with loyalty, with laughter, and with a heart that never quit. He taught us that even in the most difficult circumstances, we can choose joy. We can choose to smile, and we can choose to never stop fighting for those we believe in.
